The recent renovation project has breathed new life into the 1899 edifice, transforming it into a versatile mixed-use centre. This revitalised space now includes a variety of commercial areas, private event venues, and a vibrant food and beverage outlet. Within the central domed rotunda, a carefully designed lighting scheme accentuates the restored classical architectural elements, casting a luminous glow that underscores the building's rich heritage.

In other sections of the courthouse, a contrasting yet respectful contemporary design style is further emphasized by integrated lighting details. These modern touches harmoniously coexist with the building’s historic features, creating a dynamic and engaging environment. Externally, modest yet effective lighting effects have been applied to the façade, delicately highlighting the meticulously restored Richardsonian Romanesque exterior.
